I was delighted that I spent October 3 (the busiest wedding day of 2015) at Donna and Brad’s country fall wedding! Brad’s family has had this beautiful land in in Roslin the family for generations, and it was a stunning location for the wedding. It was a bit windier than is ideal, but we definitely made do! The men’s light grey suits looked sharp and the burgundy dresses with grey shawls were perfection. Perhaps my favourite detail was the stunning shawl that Donna wore in some of the formal portraits – it fit the day wonderfully! After the amazing wedding ceremony officiated by Larry Hurley , we hunted for a spot slightly shielded by the wind for some bridal party photographs. I might have given myself a nice shiner jumping off a fence, but those are the hazards of the job! Haha! To warm up, Donna and Brad went inside for some formal portraits, then braved the outdoors for some natural photographs. They were troopers and it was totally worth it! Thank you Donna and Brad, for letting me laugh and venture around Roslin with you!
