Wedding FAQ

How do I reserve my date?

A $300 deposit secures your date with jals photography.  jals photography works at only one event per day to give you the full attention you deserve!

How do you accept payment?

By cash, cheque, e-transfer or Stripe, an online payment system.

What are your prices?

There are three wedding packages available for Belleville wedding photography, specifically catered to meet your needs on your wedding day. My wedding packages range from $1,000 – $2,500, depending on amount of coverage and photo extras. Should you wish to build your own package, a la carte options are available. Please contact me for more information.

When will we see our photographs?
A “sneak peak” is available on my facebook page or by e-mail within a week after your wedding! The target turn-around time for the whole collection of photographs is between 4 and 6 weeks. A specific guideline will be given to you depending on the time of year your wedding takes place, as some busy times may take up to 8 weeks.

How many photographs do we receive?

jals photography carefully hand-edits the photographs taken on your wedding day to give a full story of your day. This works out to approximately 100 photographs for each hour of shooting. You will be able to see all your edited photographs in your online gallery. Non-watermarked digital negatives are available a la carte or with select packages.

How can family and friends see the photographs?

I encourage family and friends to follow me on facebook to view the sneak peaks along with you! You are also able to provide family and friends with the password to your online gallery, and they can order digital files or prints right then and there.

How long until we receive our album?

Overall, the process takes approximately 2 to 3 months. It begins when you select the images you would like in your album(s).

Where do you photograph?

As a Belleville wedding photographer, my radius is 80 km from the Belleville area, with a minimal travel charge for areas outside of 80 km. This includes Belleville, Prince Edward County, Trenton, Brighton, Madoc, Marmora, Napanee and Kingston. I also have some availability to photograph weddings in the GTA (my hometown) with no travel fees, depending on specifics.

I love to photograph destination weddings. It is more affordable than you may think! Contact me for a personalized quote on your designation wedding or elopement.

campbell_content_rainWhat do you do if the weather is poor on our wedding day?
In our consultation, we discuss backup options in the event that the weather conditions are poor. However, I am more than happy to hop out in the rain or snow to get candid, beautiful images of you both if you’re up for it! Should you desire a post-wedding bridal session at a later (and sunnier) date, I would be delighted to make arrangements for booking!
