Casa Dea Winery – A Gem in Prince Edward County

A Casa Dea Winery wedding is a perfect fit for couples looking to get married in Prince Edward County! They are longtime experts at hosting weddings in the County. Casa Dea Winery has a beautiful outdoor ceremony location over looking the vineyard and a great indoor space with giant windows for the reception. The food is also fantastic (Scott and Jules had a taco bar!!!) There is a lot of space for guests to roam around and play games, and they even had a giant LOVE sign for guests to take photographs! Also, with local county wine, everybody is sure to have a great time.

Scott and Jules County Destination Wedding

Scott and Jules had their engagement photos at 100 Acre Wood just days before their wedding! Coming in from out of province, they wanted a chance to meet ahead of time and it was also a great way for them to unwind during a busy time.

My favourite thing about working with Jules and Scott for their Casa Dea Winery wedding is that they wanted to focus on living in the moment for their wedding day. Of course, they wanted some great photos of the two of them, but didn’t want photographs to become the focus of the day. Luckily, that is exactly what I love to offer my couples! Your wedding photographs shouldn’t feel inauthentic or like a chore!

Most of the day was spent with me being a “fly on the wall” capturing moments as they happened. The connection between their friends and family who were there was electric. They are such a fun, romantic, intelligent and goofy couple and they designed their favourite day (complete with foam fingers!) The whole day from the quiet moments with the girls getting ready to the “shoe-burning” fire on the dance floor was an absolute hoot. I feel so glad that I got to work with them for their destination wedding in Prince Edward County!
