Timber House Brighton Wedding » Danielle & Graeme
I had been excited to shoot Danielle and Graeme’s Timber House Brighton wedding for months! You may recognize Danielle and Graeme from their dreamy engagement photo shoot at O’Hara Mill in Madoc. Well, their wedding day was just as dreamy! Danielle spent the morning getting ready with her bridesmaids at the Timber House, and had one of the most interesting techniques for getting into her dress I’ve ever seen! Her flower headpiece was a perfect detail to accompany loose flowing hair and romantic dress. The wedding ceremony was at Presqu’ile Provincial Park overlooking Lake Ontario, and it was the perfect day for an outdoor ceremony. As lovers of the lake, Danielle and Graeme planned a boat ride and popped some bubbly with their bridal party. The most memorable part of the day was getting OUT of the boat! I never thought I would have to jump out of a boat into thigh-deep water with my camera gear on my head, but never say never! I also never thought I would witness a bride in a stunning gown be carried over the water right in the middle of her wedding day, but what fun it was! And thankfully, no one was dropped! We returned to the Timber House for the reception, which was decorated in lovely neutral tones, enhancing the already airy and bright space. Danielle and Graeme, thank you so much for inviting me to be a part of this beautiful adventure!
